2. Pipeline centrifugal pump does not discharge liquid

(1) The filling pump is not enough (or the gas in the pump is not discharged). The solution is to fill the pump again.
(2) pump steering error. The solution is to check the direction of rotation.
(3) pump speed is too low. The solution is to check the speed and increase the speed.
3. Insufficient liquid supply of centrifugal pump
Centrifugal pump in operation, if there is no liquid supply, or the pressure of the liquid is insufficient, from the pump will be abnormal failure can not carry out normal work. Due to the failure of the centrifugal pump caused by this reason, the first thing to check from the pump casing and the inlet pipeline is full of liquid, if not filled with liquid, should be added in a timely manner to ensure that the liquid in the pump is full. Secondly, the pump speed is too low, the system head is too high or the impeller and pipeline are blocked, will directly affect the normal operation of the pump.
At this time, the maintenance personnel need to check whether the wiring of the motor is normal, whether the water head and the net pressure head of the system are normal, whether there is wear and tear, and timely replacement of damaged parts can restore the pump to normal. Impeller damage or the gap between the impeller is too large on the normal operation of the pump also have an impact, regular inspection of the impeller, timely replacement of the impeller, adjust the gap between the impeller, in order to ensure the smooth work and operation of the centrifugal pump.
In the use of centrifugal pumps, insufficient flow and substandard lift are also one of the common faults of centrifugal pumps. If the centrifugal pump head is not enough, it is recommended that the maintenance personnel check the impeller, liquid density, viscosity is in line with the design requirements. Appropriate to reduce the flow, improve the head of the centrifugal pump.
In view of the problem of starting the centrifugal pump, the first thing to pay attention to is to check whether the centrifugal pump is injected with water before the machine is started, whether the water injection meets the standard, and whether the water is full. If it is not the problem of water injection, the next step is to check the suction pipe, check whether there is air leakage in the suction pipe, or during operation, bubbles appear in the suction pipe, and take corresponding measures according to the actual situation. In addition, it is necessary to check the power of the centrifugal pump to see if the machine lacks power due to the low number of revolutions during operation.
In the last case, check the suction height and adjust the appropriate height to make it run normally.
4. Interruption after pumping liquid
Common fault analysis and solutions are as follows:
(1) Air leakage in suction pipeline. The solution is to check the suction side pipe joint and stuffing box sealing condition.
(2) When filling the pump, the gas on the suction side is not completely discharged. The solution is to require the pump to be filled again.
(3) The suction side is suddenly blocked by foreign matter. The solution is to stop the pump disposal of foreign matter.
