Working principle
In the commonly used positive circulation drilling, it is to send the surface flushing medium-clear water, mud or polymer flushing fluid directly to the bottom end of the drill bit through the high-pressure hose, faucet and the center hole of the drill string under a certain pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling the drill bit, removing the cut debris and transporting it to the surface. The commonly used mud pump is piston type or plunger type. The power machine drives the crankshaft of the pump to rotate, and the crankshaft drives the piston or plunger to reciprocate in the pump cylinder through the crosshead. Under the alternating action of suction and discharge valves, the purpose of pressing and circulating flushing fluid is realized.
Product Features
The pump is a single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump, the main components are volute, impeller, pump seat, pump casing, support cylinder, motor seat, motor and other components. Volute, pump seat, motor seat, impeller nut is cast iron casting, corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance is better, convenient processing technology.
The impeller is three single-chord bent blades, semi-closed impeller is selected, and malleable cast iron is used, so it has high strength and corrosion resistance; it is easy to process, good passability and high efficiency.
In order to reduce weight and reduce the amount of turning, the pump shaft is made of high quality carbon steel cold drawn round steel.
The pump seat is equipped with four skeleton oil seals and shaft sleeves to prevent shaft wear and extend the service life of the shaft.
The pump can be used vertically or obliquely, occupies a small area, the volute needs to be buried in the working medium, is easy to start, does not need bow I water, and the rotation direction should be clockwise from the tail of the motor.
The length of the switchboard is available in various specifications, so that the use of units according to the use of local conditions to choose.
