MDP, DFP, MDSP, DFSP self-balancing multistage centrifugal pump is a multistage centrifugal pump with symmetrical arrangement of impellers to achieve automatic balance of axial force. It is divided into single-suction multistage and double-suction multistage structure. It is a new energy-saving product successfully developed by our company on the basis of MD and DF multistage centrifugal pumps. Compared with traditional multi-stage pumps, the advantages of self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pumps are:
1. Novel structure: the impeller is arranged symmetrically to realize the automatic balance function of the axial force, thereby canceling the balance device and breaking through the traditional structure of the multi-stage pump;
2. Technological innovation: unique throttling and decompression device, the cancellation of high-pressure drop, easy to wash, vulnerable, easy to failure of the axial force balance mechanism;
3. High reliability: the symmetrical arrangement of the impeller, so that the axial force load on the pump damage and the adverse impact on the system interference is reduced. The residual axial force is borne by the thrust bearing, so that the pump shaft is always in a state of tension, the force state of the shaft is uniform, and the stress peak value is greatly reduced compared with the traditional pump, thereby improving the rigidity and critical speed of the pump rotor, and making the pump stable Sex and reliability are significantly improved;
4. High efficiency: because the pump rotor has no wear and axial pulsation of the balance device, the impeller and the guide vane are always in a normal state to the neutral, and there is no leakage of balance water, which improves the operation efficiency of the pump as a whole and effectively reduces the shaft power. Compared with the traditional pump, it has better performance and the efficiency of the pump is increased by 2-3%;
5. Good cavitation performance and long service life: the first-stage impeller double suction structure design, precision casting, and reliable wear-resistant materials make the pump have good anti-cavitation performance, the whole machine runs smoothly, low noise, and long service life.
6. Widely used: cancel the small gap balance disc, than the traditional multi-stage pump to adapt to the media more harsh occasions.
7. Low maintenance cost: Reduce the vulnerable parts, reduce the number of assembly and disassembly of the replacement of wearing parts, extend the product life, and greatly reduce the maintenance cost.
