It is specially designed for coal mines and has all the functions of traditional submersible electric pump, mud pump, impurity pump and flexible shaft pump. It is a revolution of traditional mine water pump. The key is to completely solve the safety problem of traditional water pump. The product can also provide a high conveying speed under low air pressure, and a wide range of pumping media. The pump has an anti-stall design, a modular pneumatic motor and a fluid section. The pneumatic diaphragm pump uses the pressure difference in the air chamber to alternately generate suction pressure and discharge pressure in the liquid chamber, and the control valve can ensure the forward flow of the liquid. After venting, the pump starts running and works continuously to ensure that the required pressure remains constant. The pump can automatically stop working when the delivery line pressure is reached (or the dispensing valve is closed) and resume pumping when needed. This product is used in coal mine drainage of clean water, or containing solid particles of impurities (volume concentration of less than 2%) of the sewage, can also be applied to non-coal mines, transport media similar to other occasions.
