(1). The maximum flow rate of the pump testing center of our company is 30000 m3/h, the design pressure is 16MPa, the lifting capacity is 20 tons, the maximum supporting pipe diameter is φ1200mm, the minimum pipe diameter is φ15mm, and the central power capacity is 3000 KV · A. It can carry out full performance tests of 380V, 660V, 1140V, 6000V and 10000V full voltage pumps at the same time. It is the current modern testing center in Henan Province and the west. The center has passed the certification of the Agricultural Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, reaching the level of accuracy. Description of the water pump testing center of our company

The testing center that our company is using is the current modern testing center in Henan Province and the west. The center has passed the certification of agricultural machinery quality supervision and inspection center, reaching the level of accuracy.
The pump testing center of our company covers an area of 8396 m2, the test water tank is 4.5 meters deep, the deepest is 8.5 meters, the maximum flow rate can be tested to 30000 m3/h, the design pressure is 16MPa, the lifting capacity is 20 tons, the supporting maximum pipe diameter is φ1200mm, the minimum pipe diameter is φ15mm, and the power capacity of the test bench is 3000 KV · A. It can carry out 380V, 660V, 1140V, 6000V, 10000V full-voltage full-performance tests of various pumps at the same time. It is currently a modern full-performance pump testing center in Henan Province.
The test system is designed by the Institute of Fluid Machinery of Jiangsu University, using high-precision, high-reliability, high-automation intelligent test system. The head measurement adopts intelligent differential pressure transmitter, the flow measurement adopts intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter, and the data acquisition and analysis system of the test bed takes an industrial computer as the center. Through the communication protocol between the multi-function electrical parameter measuring instrument and the computer, the signals such as flow, pressure, torque and speed can be collected at the same time, and the characteristic curve is made after conversion of various test data through the test data processing software, and the data is automatically compared with the design parameters, be able to control the performance of the pump and judge the performance of the pump.
The data processing software of the test system is modular design, clear and easy to debug and maintain. It mainly includes ten modules: main module, test parameter setting, test process control, experimental database management, experimental data analysis, report curve printing, performance summary and report cover printing, system parameter setting, virtual instrument screen, communication module and so on. It has the following functions:
1, virtual instrument screen technology, the working state of the pump can be clearly reflected on the computer, at a glance.
2. Test data is automatically saved and managed, with database query function, which can query the test data of previous pumps through fuzzy information, which is convenient and accurate.
3, curve fitting will not appear shock, the use of genetic algorithm to solve the problem of pump performance curve fitting is not accurate, combined with the pump test operating point adaptive adjustment control, reflecting the advanced nature of intelligent algorithm.
4, with secondary filtering, filtering type, the number of self-set, to ensure the stability of the measurement data.
During the test, the software will automatically track and display the relevant curve of the pump for the operator to monitor the entire test process.
