3. On-site service capability

4. Supporting after-sales service
(1) Our company has an after-sales service station in Anhui Province. After receiving your notice, we can arrive at the scene within 6 hours.
(2) The warranty period of our company is: in response to the requirements of the bidding documents, the warranty period implements "three guarantees", that is, "repair", "replacement" and "return" (our company is responsible for the quality problems during the warranty period); After the expiration of the warranty period, our company implements a lifetime warranty for the sold products, and only charges the material cost for the parts and components of the replacement products.
(3) During the installation, commissioning and acceptance, our company will send after-sales service personnel to the site to assist in the installation and commissioning until the equipment runs well and the users are satisfied, and the expenses shall be borne by our personnel. Our company also trains mechanical maintenance and operation personnel for the demander free of charge. 1. Site Cargo Guidance Installation Scheme
During the on-site installation, performance assessment and equipment acceptance of the contract equipment, we will send technicians to the site to provide corresponding technical support for the buyer. 4. the responsibilities of our site technicians:
① The tasks of our on-site technical personnel mainly include providing complete technical guidance to the buyer's installation personnel; guiding the buyer's personnel to carry out the installation, trial operation, operation test and performance test of the contract equipment; conducting on-site training; providing on-site operation technical support and technical services after the equipment is put into use;
② Before installation and commissioning, our technical support personnel shall provide technical disclosure to the Buyer, introduce, explain and demonstrate the assembly of the contract equipment; explain in detail the technical documents, drawings and operation manuals, equipment operation and relevant preventive measures; answer and solve the technical problems raised by the Buyer's personnel.
③ When the equipment is installed and commissioned for the first time, our team will send engineers to the site for technical guidance. Due to the technical engineer's failure to arrive at the assembly site on time, the equipment cannot be put into use on schedule, and the delay time is calculated according to the delayed delivery date.
Those unqualified in factory acceptance must be reworked at the manufacturer and shipped after re-acceptance by the buyer.
