On the basis of joint design by (Shenyang) Water Pump Research Institute, through advanced technical exchanges with experts in the fluid and machinery industry, such as Professor Guan Xingfan (Professor of Machinery and Engineering), Central South University, Lanzhou University of Technology, Zhengzhou Fifth Research and Design Institute of Nuclear Industry, Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute, etc., through study and research of new technologies, and combined with perfect process requirements to optimize the design of products. This type of pump has the advantages of more reasonable structure, high efficiency, good cavitation performance, low vibration, stable and reliable operation, and long life.   II. Design stage
The product design stage is mainly divided into the following steps: hydraulic calculation, preliminary scheme design, design liaison meeting, drawing design, process verification, design review, and drawing completion and issuance.
The design task of pump products in this project will be arranged for the technical center of our company to carry out. The technical center will design a hydraulic model that meets the requirements according to the technical agreement requirements of this project and relevant standards of the industry and enterprises, analyze its internal three-dimensional flow field with CFD technology, judge the rationality of the design according to its flow field distribution and predicted and calculated performance parameters, and ensure the good performance of the pump by optimizing parameters. At an appropriate time, we will also hold a tripartite design liaison meeting between the owner, the design institute and the manufacturer to discuss the satisfaction and enforceability of the plan to the agreement. After the plan is determined, we will list the purchase list of main materials and components to prepare for subsequent production. At the same time, we design the production drawings. After the design of the drawings is completed, the process, production, testing and other departments will review the plan, and the design plan can only be implemented after centralized review. At this stage, the reliability and enforceability of the product should be strictly controlled to ensure that the product is qualified.
  3 Design ability
1. Technology and products with independent property rights
(1) Axial force balancing device for symmetrically arranged impeller multistage pump
In order to overcome the existing symmetrical arrangement of the impeller multi-stage pump axial force problem, the utility model technology provides a symmetrical arrangement of the impeller multi-stage pump axial force balance device, the liquid from the discharge side of the last stage impeller back, through the inter-stage sleeve to the suction side of the last stage leaf back flow. The rear sealing ring is set on the suction side last stage impeller, the sealing sleeve is opened on the suction side, and the liquid is led to a certain level before the suction side last stage impeller through the return pipe (the return pipe is set with valve adjustment). The device can effectively balance the additional axial force, prevent the bearing from heating, and ensure the reliable operation of the pump.
(2) new multi-stage pump balance mechanism
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the large leakage of the balance drum used in the traditional multi-stage centrifugal pump, the technology of the utility model is that behind the impeller (the final impeller of the multi-stage pump), the balance drum and the balance drum are suit arranged on the shaft and the shaft Rotate, a moving ring that rotates with the balance drum is installed in the balance drum. The balance sleeve is fixed on the pump body, and a static ring seat is installed in the balance sleeve. The static ring is tightly attached to the moving ring under the action of the spring and can move axially. The moving ring and the static ring form a pair of friction pairs to block the leakage of high-pressure liquid. As a result, the pressure difference is caused before and after the last stage impeller. The axial thrust of the pressure difference is opposite to the axial force of the pump, so that the axial force of the pump is balanced, and the leakage loss is reduced, with an energy saving effect of 5%-15%.
