Product Features
Smooth operation: the absolute concentricity of the pump shaft and the excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation without vibration.

Use
1. ISW horizontal water pump is used for transporting water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire-fighting pressurization, long-distance, HVAC circulation, bath and other pressurization and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T≤ 80 ℃.
2. ISWR horizontal hot water pump is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hot water pressurization of boilers such as hotels and restaurants, and urban heating systems. SGWR type operating temperature T≦ 120 ℃.
3, ISWH horizontal chemical pump, supply will not be solid particles, corrosive, liquid viscosity similar to water, suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber and other departments, the use of -20 ℃ ~ 120 ℃.
4, ISWB horizontal pipeline oil pump, supply gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil and other oil products or flammable, explosive liquid, the temperature of the medium is -20 ℃ ~ 120 ℃.
Working conditions
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, I .e. the suction pressure of the pump is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the test pressure of the pump is 2.5MPa. Please indicate the working pressure of the system when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 11.6MPa, it shall be separately proposed when ordering. So that the over-current part of the pump is made of cast steel.
2. Ambient temperature <40 ℃, relative humidity <95%.
3. The volume of solid particles in the transported medium shall not exceed 0.1 of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium is used with fine particles, please indicate it when ordering so that the manufacturer can adopt the resistant mechanical seal.
